Kids Lessons

Our Kids Ranch is a great way for your kids to spend their skiing or riding vacation. Top-notch instruction, combined with our unique Adventure trails ensure your kids have days full of exploration, fun, and sticker collection, no matter their skiing or riding ability. With hidden trails all over the mountain, in every type of terrain, your instructors will know which secret spots are best suited to your kids’ skills and next steps.

Due to limited availability, we recommend you purchase your lift access at the same time you purchase your lesson to ensure you will have lift access for all of your lesson days. If lift tickets are sold out, please call 877-482-1466 and have your order number confirming your lesson purchase ready when calling to secure lift tickets. There are no waitlists for Mountain Sports School lessons.

Pioneers Ski & Snowboard Lessons

Ages 3-4

Small classes with professional, enthusiastic staff get kids excited about snow sports. Pioneers receive age- and ability-appropriate instruction and care. Pioneers must be 3 years old, potty trained and willing to participate.

Slopeside adventures for Rough Rider skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels. Our specially-trained, energetic and enthusiastic instructors create a fun experience for all as they help kids explore the mountain and reach their full potential.

Ages 8-14

High-altitude adventures tailored for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels. Explorers build technical skills by exploring the race course, terrain park and Jackson Hole’s legendary big mountain terrain with specially-trained instructors as guides.

Fall Line Camp

Ages 12-17

Fall Line Camp welcomes teenagers who dream big and want to explore the storied terrain of Jackson Hole with a crew of people their own age and ability. This three-day camp offers teenagers a chance to escape their parents while on vacation and ski or ride with the same group and instructor every day. Campers are skiers and snowboarders with intermediate to advanced skills who make strong parallel turns in varied snow conditions and terrain.

Earn Stickers

The Kids Adventure Map (see below) ignites a spirit of discovery, with 35 distinctive kids adventure trails (with more added each year) designed to motivate young skiers and riders to take on the next challenge. Each new run skied earns a corresponding sticker which they can place in their Kids Map Passport or on their helmet.
